when someone says "I have a problem", I am challenged, "So what, let's find a solution !"

 

'SOWAD' stands for "SOlutions With A Difference":
a pragmatic, open-minded, holistic and systemic approach to design innovative solutions and implementing results using some 'pixie dust' ...

What drives me ?

Throughout my professional experience, I discovered the importance of 'the people behind the magic': employees within the organisation and the power of the customers or client. Being a qualified engineer wit experience in different business industries, I am a generalist with a people oriented focus.

​

Through an unplanned backstage experience at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida 13 years ago I touched on 'the business behind the magic'. Since then I'm passionate about delivering a great customer experience or creating magic for customers. Certified at Disney Institute and passionate about Disney, Ritz-Carlton, Zappos' Delivering Happiness, Starbucks, ... business concepts.
